With Brie and Dan coming all the way from Tom Price to host their Yallingup wedding, the hype was as high as the emotions. So high in fact that friends from all across the globe decided to attend their wedding. But the wedding could have been anywhere and their friends and family would have made the same effort for this couple they love and adore. But the beauty of the South West was on fully display and was part of Brie and Dan's vision for their big day. And big it was. The almost 200 guests were witness to musical and dance numbers that would rank as some of the best you'd ever see at a wedding. With Brie's dance background and Dan's musical background, they created a day that went beyond the sum of its parts. They created a sprawl of details which perfectly encapsulated their love for one another. Congrats Brie and Dan!
We had our work cut out for us as the scale and frequency of epic moments and events throughout Sue and Michael's wedding and it was a masterclass in blending heritage with high energy. The day was anchored by a uniquely personal ceremony, where the profound beauty of Egyptian Coptic traditions created a series of powerful, moving vignettes. This spiritual depth transitioned seamlessly into a vibrant celebration at the Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club. Against a serene riverside backdrop, the evening exploded into life with choreographed dance numbers, the hypnotic movement of belly dancers, and a pyrotechnic sparkler display. The hospitality was equally legendary, featuring an extraordinary culinary spread that set a new gold standard for wedding feasts.
The many small details that made Casey and Blane's wedding just magically unique is a list too long. But the heart and soul of the day belonged to the couple and their long journey to get to where they are. Their vows to each other set a precedent in how thoughtfully warm and touching a spoken word can be uttered to another. Not just hearing their words, but seeing them throughout their wedding day with each other and amongst their closets of friends and family cemented how strong their bond was. Mikayla and Craig's wedding was a mixture of constant hilarity and wholesome heartfelt moments. What was even better was the couple had their two young daughters there to witness their big day, which meant so much, even if they didn't quite know it yet. Feyne and Erin seamlessly moulded their entire history of themselves into their wedding day through their heartfelt vows to each other and beautiful speeches. The remaining pieces of their puzzle was filled in by stories from the closest ones to them over the day. The incorporated the perfect amount of Māori traditions to entertain guests. From traditional dances and some unique attire. It was a treat to capture this wedding, not only from how amazing everything looked but the pure radiance the couple projected. Denisse and Declan had a long road to finally arrive at their wedding day. Over a decade with each other, followed by the birth of their three children later it all came together. A day as special as this goes beyond words. We love capturing a Greek wedding as they are so full of energy from start to finish. When watching Evia and Yanni's big day unfold in their video, it offers up so many moments of tenderness, fun and meaningful events. The traditional elements of the day started early on and was swept through a beautiful Greek ceremony at the Church of St Constantine and Helene in Northbridge. Ending their journey at the reception at Double Tree at Elizabeth Quay; a place that Evia and Yanni hold most dear with great memories. It was a wedding of non-stop moments of joy and we really felt it whenever seeing the beautiful couple together.
A classic combination of the Irish lass and the Scottish lad, a pregnant Roisin and Jamie along with their 1 year old daughter had an absolute blast of a wedding. Celebrating at Sandalford Winery, starting out at the Hill House for their ceremony and bringing it down to the downstairs cellar for reception. The small quirks of the day made it even more special (you'll see in the video!) and topped off with some amazing speeches which were all the way from crude and hilarious to downright poetic. The anticipation was high for the guests, as this one was worth waiting for. The couple (mostly Taya!) had meticulously planned Baldivis Farm Stay to be the welcoming venue for their ceremony and reception. It it was the perfect little pocket for them to have their best friends and family celebrate the day and night through with them. There was an abundance of laughs had and happy tears shed from the family and guests who had the privilege to witness this great couple standing side by side to fully commit to each other. Riverbank hosted their ceremony and reception and we couldn't have asked for anything better; everything aligned perfectly for Steph and Richie. It's always extra special when a wedding couple is able to include a child in their special day. Their daughter Maisie was the perfect addition to help mum and dad celebrate their loves journey. Throw in a few other surprises and it turns into one of the best you could witness.

Sam, Jeorge, their families and friends nestled into a pocket of the south west called Eight Willows retreat. With a few coming from across continents and even the globe, it surely was worth it and lived up to the hype. It was a perfect spot for Sam and Jeorge to fulfil the new vows they would be taking after their long journey to get there. A warm glow filled the hearts of the guests as they witnessed the ceremony and then partied on to the reception to let their hair down (and hats on!). Congrats Sam and Jeorge!
Their wedding day turned out exactly as planned. But who exactly planned the wedding depends on who you ask (it was obviously Olivia!). Nestled in the always glorious looking small country town of Pemberton, there was too much to see and do at this wedding. From the gazebo ceremony surrounded by water all the way to the fun Swedish wedding inspired games that were sprung upon the bride and groom without warning. It seemed like we were all enveloped by the bubble of this wedding for the weekend and it didn't much matter what was happening outside of it. Congratulations Olivia & Michael!
With no understatement, Ester and Bill's wedding was a seamless spectacle to behold. With some hard work behind the scenes preparation from Ester their dream wedding was realised. Ester kept it together and laughed her way through the day and Bill left us all a bit teary and emotional with some great words from his speech. Their journey from there has evolved from a cross country relationship, which involved multiple Nullabor trips, to now spending the rest of their lives together. A stylish backyard wedding on a perfect sunny day. Meg and Nick couldn't have asked for better. They got into the groove of their wedding day straight away. They were obviously ready to be wed, but also ready to have fun! Even with all that was going on, the couple never vered from that fun and it was a pleasure to watch them swimming in the joy of their wedding day.
"This is the best wedding video ever!" says Isla, our daughter. With some bias.. In this story Mish and myself (Mitch) have now entered wedding inception; me being a wedding videographer for 12 years, we now enter our own wedding video. We did away with many wedding conventions and for the better. We just wanted our loved ones around us all day and for them to have a tonne of fun. We also had a tonne of fun even with our bar set so high from attending so many other weddings in the past. It truly was up there with the best days of our lives. But it just goes to show that every bride and groom on their wedding day probably feel the exact same way, it was just nice to be this couple for a change :)

There were plenty of great surprises that both Shannen and Ben had for all that were there to celebrate their wedding. From Ben and his surprise acoustic love song to Shannen to the 'table dash' photoshoot, there was so much fun to be had. But at the heart of this wedding was the obvious connection these two had which at times gave us all the proverbial lump in the throat.
Nic & Noelle's lego themed wedding day was a special personal take on the lives they have had together. The very minor details had so much thought put into it and the friends and family that were there to witness even had their own personal lego-selves to take home with them!
